신민경Minkyung Shin is a Ph.D. candidate at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University(KazNU) with the Kazakhstan Government Scholarship program. She completed a BA in Russian at HUFS and MA in International Relations at KazNU. She studies International Relations, and her specialty is Regional Studies. Her main research area is Central Asian politics.
