필 메츠거(Phil Metzger)30년 넘게 페인팅하며 작품을 판매해왔다. 메츠거의 작품은 개인과 공공 컬렉션에서 소장돼 있고 미국과 미국 지역에서 개최한 전시회에서 상을 받았다. 메츠거는 수채화와 원근법 드로잉을 가르치며 『Perspective Without Pain』, 『Enliven Your Paintings With Light』, 『Pencil Magic』, 『Watercolor Basics: Perspective Secrets』, 『The North Light Artist’s Guide to Materials and Techniques』, 『The Artist’s Illustrated Encyclopedia』같이 대중적인 책을 많이 썼다. 대표작
